- Full payment must be made by the session date unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund.
- No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the appointment are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

- Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during sessions.
