Meeting and drop off point: Mirage Hotel, Las Vegas

A small group of 6-8 photographers max (ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT as of 2/25)

Educator / Organizer: Ksenia Pro, WPPI 2024 speaker, Portrait & Fashion Photographer, specializing in Luxury Maternity Photography

Theme/styling: from soft dreamy boho to edgy fashion editorial in the desert (see overall Moodboard here )

What to expect:

• An unforgettable editorial-styled fashion shoot in the middle of a desert with a gorgeous canyon in the background. 

• Create jaw-dropping images that will make people stop the scroll and pay attention. Enjoy being in the company of like-minded photographers and overcome the fear of trying something new and stepping outside of your comfort zone.

• We do all the hard work for you – search for the best models, outfits, create moodboard & styling directions, scout locations and provide transportation.

• All you need to bring is your preferred camera gear, creativity and desire to try something new under the guidance of an experienced fashion & portrait photographer Ksenia Pro.

 

What’s included:

• 2 professionally styled models
• 2 outfits for each model (see moodboard for styling direction)
• Transportation from Mirage Hotel, water & light snacks provided
• Desert Location 30 min from Las Vegas

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Small Group of 6-8 photographers max
• Each photographer will have 10-20 min of one-on-one shooting time with each model in addition to shooting in a group
• Guidance from Ksenia on posing, lighting, location search, styling etc.
• Some lighting equipment will be provided (Godox strobe, off-camera flash, reflector), but feel free to bring your own

What’s NOT included aka WHAT TO BRING:

• Camera & Lens
• Any specific lighting or camera gear you prefer to use on location 
• Meals if needed
• Sunscreen and weather-appropriate clothes 
• Anything else that will make your day a blast!

!Please no alcohol, loud music, illegal substances or anything that’s generally not safe for the people or the environment. Let’s be respectful to each other and nature.

 

What’s the plan:

 

Agenda for the day (exact times to be confirmed/adjusted as needed)

1 pm-1:30 pm – Meeting at Mirage, Las Vegas

1:30 pm – Departure from meeting point

2 pm – Arrival to the location, scouting and prep

2:30 pm – First 2 outfits shooting time starting 

 

We’re splitting participants into 2 groups of 3-4 people each. Each photographer will have 10 min of lead time with each model

The rest are welcome to shoot along without interrupting the lead photographer 

Then the groups switch models

 

3:45 pm – Break, outfit change for models, snack time 

Possibly move to another spot 

4:15 pm – Last 2 outfits, Golden hour/sunset/twilight 

Same logistics with lead shooter rotation 

6 pm or after we lose the light completely – It’s a wrap! 

Loading the cars and heading back to Vegas

7 pm – Drop off at Mirage Las Vegas
