1. Introduction
Welcome to Ksenia Pro Photography (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and SMS communication. By booking an appointment, engaging with our services, or opting into SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide professional portrait photography services, including but not limited to individual and family portraits, professional headshots, event photography, and custom photography sessions.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Full payment must be made by the session date unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund. No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
5. SMS Communication
Consent & Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages from Ksenia Pro Photography by voluntarily providing your phone number and accepting the SMS opt-in during a booking, registration, inquiry, or service-related interaction.

We retain copyright ownership of all images taken during your session. Clients receive personal-use rights only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use or modification without consent is prohibited. We may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability & Client Responsibilities
We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances affecting a session. Clients are responsible for punctuality and personal belongings during sessions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or SMS communications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
